Sugar test

In room 7 for science and health we did a sugar test, not a fat test, a sugar test. First Miss boatswain gave our group 4 or 5 items  and then a bowl of sugar . We hade to look on the back of the item and read the food label. (Michael)
We had to look at how much grams of sugar are in the food and used a tea spoon the grams into a cup  and we had to remember that a tea spoon is 4 grams. I thought it would be 10 grams but I was wrong ( Blake )
Our highest food was the drink red bull it has 51 grams of sugar that is 13.5 teaspoons  It adds to a lot of sugar it's so un healthy for your body so I would say don't have lots of energy drinks. Because for us teenagers or children that drink these types of drinks make us really hypo and then we die down and go very tired this will effect our brains and lifestyle very much (Jorja).
