lunch:chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo
Snack: banana and carrots
Dinner:rice, grilled chicken and salad
Treat: ice cream

Tuesday

Breakfast: pancakes
Lunch: sweetcorn fritters
Snack: grapes and cheese
Dinner: roast chicken, potatoes, corn and salad
Treat: carrot cake
