hello again,i have just been doing a bit of my poster with breeze she just came over and we did a bit of planning and writing.
so far on my poster i have done seven boxes with
monday,tuesday,wednesday,thursday,friday,
saturday and sunday i have also done a couple vege sketchs.
here is another healthy meal plan for a day:
BREAKFAST:weet-bix with berrys and yogert
MORNING-TEA:a sandwich with some grapes
LUNCH:a fruit smoothie and a glass of milk
NOON SNACK:home made banana icecream
DINNER:vege stirr frie with roast poetato and carrot with a low fat gravy
DESSERT:apple crumble
I would love to put a photo up of my started poster but does not let me:(
