day 3 homework

her i am again doing more homework,im starting to get the hang of it because i was a unsure what to do but now i know.

soon i am going to start a poster with a weekly meal on it,its going to be colourful,bright and have lots of detail.
always before i publish my blog i put up a healthy meal for a day,well here is another!

BREAKFAST:porridge with apple and cinammon
MORNINGTEA:carrot sticks with a healthy hummus dip
LUNCH:baked beans on whole-grain toast and a glass of milk
AFTERNOON-TEA:handful of driedfruit and nuts
DINNER:eggs on wheat-meal toast

well im finished for today,i would really like a bit of feed back on comments so feel free!
