Welcome to the Room 7 blog!! We are excited to share our learning progress with a wider audience. Our work will be a mixture of unfinished, unpublished and completed tasks. Feedback is welcome in the form of two medals (positive), a mission (constructive next step) and a question. Thanks for taking the time to share in our learning.

Nz is green
Well in room 7 the past week or so we have been creating a New Zealand artwork that represents what colour New Zealand means to us. My colour I choose was green because New Zealand is such a clean green country with barely any rubbish or litter lying around, and it's dense bushes and forests. Our focus was to make abstract representations of New Zealand using one colour. The art works include the elements of texture, value and contrast.

Outstanding effort keeva! The way you used green in your lovely art is very creative and I can't tell why this colour means to you because you love hunting so I can tell What the bush represents and you really met the focus areas for this task! Your background is well blended it's just a beautiful piece of work! Next steps maybe add something else to make it more creative but a really faultless piece of art it is sure better thn your other one nice job! AlSo I mean I can see because I wrote I can't see but I can hahahhah ok nice work bestie!

Outstanding improvement Keeva, I hope you are pleased with starting over!! The way you have painted the background is extremely effective, especially where you have placed the plant bits down the bottom. It gives it depth, making it look like the dense bush of NZ. Only suggestion is to have a peer proof read your post and aim to put your comma knowledge in place.
