Ry's Health Quest Day 20
Day 20
Sorry I haven't been blogging lately, our computer died and mum just brought a new one.
Today I did athletics all day so I did a lot of running around. This was because the more I run around the healthier I get and it makes my muscles stronger.
I started my day with weetbix which was a healthy choice because it has fibre and not much sugar in it. I ate an apple with my lunch and a muesli bar. I did buy myself a couple of sweet things but that was alright really because I was doing lots of running so I burnt off a lot of fat.
I drank 2 glasses of water today but that wasn't enough to keep me hydrated especially because I was moving around a lot. I need to drink at least 5 glasses of water everyday especially on days like this when I am running around a lot.
My goal for tomorrow is to drink 5 glasses of water and eat at least 5 pieces of fruit and vegetables.
