Welcome to the Room 7 blog!! We are excited to share our learning progress with a wider audience. Our work will be a mixture of unfinished, unpublished and completed tasks. Feedback is welcome in the form of two medals (positive), a mission (constructive next step) and a question. Thanks for taking the time to share in our learning.

Lead 2016
On Friday the 19th the leaders of Ngaere attended a lead conference in New Plymouth. The most important part I took away from was how people got knocked down but persevered and was able to go back and try again. The speaker I liked the most was Jack Brown because in September 2015 he was in a car crash and as a result he is now in a wheelchair and cannot feel or move his legs. He has had less than a year to learn how to balance and to control a wheel chair. He has also just been selected for the under 23 New Zealand basketball team.
